Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Laundry Shops platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Laundry Shops provides a cloud-based management platform for laundromats and dry cleaners, including order management, customer tracking, associate management, SMS notifications, catalog management, reporting, and payment processing.

3. Subscription & Fees

The Service is provided at a flat rate of $10 USD per month per store location. This subscription fee grants you access to all platform features and updates.

4. Service Fee

A 0.5$ service fee will be automatically added to each customer order as a line item labeled "Service Fee". This fee is charged to the customer at the time of purchase and is collected by the shop as part of the order total.

Each shop is responsible for tracking and accumulating all Service Fees collected from customer orders. At the end of each calendar month, the shop is required to pay an invoice equal to the total accumulated Service Fees for that month.

Failure to pay the monthly Service Fee invoice may result in suspension or termination of your account. Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

5. Invoicing

Monthly invoices for accumulated Service Fees will be generated and made available in your dashboard by the 1st of each month. Payment is due within 15 days of invoice generation. Invoices can be paid via the payment method on file.

6. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must provide accurate and complete business information
  • You are responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform, including customer information, order records, and business settings. Laundry Shops does not claim ownership of your data and will not sell it to third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

Laundry Shops shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you will lose access to the Service and any outstanding invoices for Service Fees will become immediately due.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
